Changelog

What shipped lately.

No moonshots here. Just the fulfillment rail getting a little faster, a little safer, and a little duller to operate — one small, on-purpose increment at a time.

  1. Shipped

    Connected-data intake (early access)

Pipe orders straight from a connected EMR into a draft — no re-typing. A licensed provider still approves every order that comes through it.

  2. Shipped

    MCP tools now generally available

orders.draft, orders.attach, orders.submit, and orders.status are out of preview. Your agents can build and track orders; the provider approval stays non-bypassable.

  3. Improved

    One-tap approval on mobile

Providers review the order, the flags, and the attached data — then approve from their phone. The signature is the same one the rail is built around.

  4. Security

    SSO with SAML and SCIM

Bring your identity provider. Providers and staff sign in through your directory, and deprovisioning revokes access the moment you remove someone.

  5. Shipped

    Tracking webhooks

Ship status flows back to your store the moment the pharmacy updates it — carrier, tracking number, and delivery, pushed instead of polled.

  6. Improved

    Amber-flag tuning

Fewer false alarms on routine refills, sharper flags on dose limits and interactions. Providers see what matters; nothing gets auto-cleared.

  7. Shipped

    Audit-log export

Pull the full order, approval, and edit history to CSV or JSON on demand. Every line carries the tool, the timestamp, and the identity behind it.

  8. Shipped

    Cold-chain shipping method

Route temperature-sensitive compounds with the right packaging and carrier service, selected on the order and passed through to the pharmacy.

  9. Shipped

    CSV bulk import

Load a batch of orders from a spreadsheet in one pass. Each row becomes a draft that a licensed provider reviews before anything ships.

  10. Improved

    EMR connector, first clinics live

Our first connected-EMR pilots moved real orders end to end. Intake and patient data flow in; drafts come out ready for review.

  11. Fixed

    Duplicate drafts on retry

A submit that timed out could leave a second draft behind. Idempotency keys now collapse retries onto a single order.

  12. Shipped

    The rail goes live

Capture, provider approval, and shipment tracking, sitting on top of the compounding pharmacy a clinic already uses. The first orders shipped this week.

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy and are not FDA-approved products. A licensed provider approves every order. Always.
